I am not trying to question your intent just trying to get some knowledge of facts. However your reasoning suggests that there are numbers available to overflow from EB2 World to EB2 India. What if there are just enough numbers to keep EB2 World rolling. I will be interesting in learning more about how these allocations work. Thanks in advance for any information you can provide.

I closed my PPF account twice and never paid a single paisa. The second one I closed when I was in US and got the forms here through my old employer and Signed and send those form back to that employer , they filed it, Don'y know if they attached "NOC" but I got all of my money (close to INR80K) in 2 or 3 weeks at my home address in India.
I guess no one needs to pay money for to PPF in any state all you need tyo do is follow the proper instructions, It's as good as in any bank.

Atleast for me there is no hope for CIR, Peicemeal seems a best option, recently there was a WSJ report that President had agreed for piecemeal if CIR doesnt pass... but we need to be very very watchful...
after Healthcare experience there is little chance any big legislation will pass in this country we need people who care about country and would like to work with other end both sides seems either too liberal or conservative which is only good in winning elections...

Get your Fiance a F1 Visa before marriage. So, she is not married at that time and to US Immigration, she has no plans to immigrate. After she gets the Visa, marry her and bring her here. Technically I think you are OK, only you have to Spend bucks for here education :), which might be fruitful in long run!

For AP renewal, do I need to send photos by mail again? I thought USCIS uses the picture on file. Folks please correct me if I am wrong. Could some one PM me the letter format?

I understand you don�t care about the United States and its people and you�re only interested in what you can gain from them but if you weren�t so blinded by greed you�d see this is something else they can give to you. Now I know why I took the route I did, I would have accomplished far less in my personal life with the likes of you. In fact, I may doing to much sharing my expertise with you. State chapters are a great mechanism to communicate with other members in your state and district. Please use that if it works for you.
However, if you cannot find someone to go with you, then go alone. Many of the meetings we do in Washington, sometimes we get appointments from 2 or 3 offices at the same time. In that case we split up and only one person goes to meet the lawmakers or staffers. But we cannot lose opportunities or miss opportunities.
So go alone if there is no one else in your district to go with you.

If you are replaceable then you have false claimed in your application that no American is available for your job. It defeats your H1B and Green card application. America invites H1Bs and gives them greencards not because they are paying taxes but because employers prove no american is available for our job and we have unique skills for job. 'Best and Brightest' is we are and USA needs us. Without us the economy will be more bad.

There is a question about removing per country limit at the end.These morons are very concerned that no single country (meaning China and India) overwhelm the supply of immigrant visa's. I wonder if they will consider applying country limits when passing amnesty :D

Sanju just posted in the open what he wanted to say. He has some valid points you know; regarding how some people get fixated on the red dots. Would you have liked it better if he just gave you a red dot anonymously?
But please do not try to compare the dotting issue with the immigration issue.
If the immigration system is fixed, who cares a hoot about these dots? None of us would even be here if there was smooth legal immigration in this country.
Let the core work on the real issues.
And for the record, I personally do not like the dot system. I am in support of leaving all the comments in the open.
I also remember reading on this site some time ago that the dotting system came with the software used for these forums. And its not a simple flag that can be turned on/off to enable/disable that feature.

Ya...Atleast, they should allow us to file EAD. In that case my spouse can work. She did not get H1b this year(because of lottery system). She has PHD in CSE and sitting at home.
If she has a PHD in CSE she should look for a job get H1 and file Green Card in EB1 all off this can be done in 6 months! What's holding you back???? :)

.. and how exactly do you know that I didn't participate? did you just look in to your crystal ball and it magically gave you a list of people who didn't call their lawmaker? I may not have posted any update in that thread but I did call my 2 senators.
If you think that I have to give you a daily update in writing on what I am doing everyday to support IV, you are up for a surprise because that isn't happening. Before you criticize others, at least think.
By the way, you don't own IV or this forum so please don't act like everyone needs your permission before posting anything on this forum.
All I am saying is that if there is a good reason to close a thread, just say so. Just give a one liner explanation and everyone is happy but I am not sure if that's too difficult for you understand.
