It looks like guys from AP are running away from all the mess their state is currently in. On one hand there's that YSR's son trying to create havoc for the ruling Govt. His dad and himself being the most corrupt politicians the state has ever seen. On the other hand, there's this filthy congress high command trying to counter him. Its like CORRUPT1 vs CORRUPT2 trying to get the throne so that they can remain CORRUPT. And in the wings are parties like TDP, TRS and PRP --- Really, is there a political party in AP (or even India) where one can call it corrupt free? ha ha
I'm not a gulti, but I don't think u can really blame them :). Unfortunate but true :mad:

hello,
my qualification is 10 + 12 + 3 BSc Physics + 3 MCA. My LC clearly states that a Master's is required.
does this qualify for a US Master's? please note the fields are different.
My i-140 has been denied and waiting for notice...mostly it education and i filed under EB2 in TSC...
any input guys?????

Why can't garbage be thrown in Walmart shopping plastic bags?
It doesn't make sense to harm environment even more by buying new things.In fact, there are new trash cans available whose upper mouth is designed to fit in shopping bags itself.
Regards photos-Let's say you save $20 by saving on photo. You can put this extra $20 in bank @rate of 5%. or you can spend it on extra dinner/movie.
Both options will still rejuvenate economy.
If you send saved $20 to India-Indian govt will be happy to reduce its oil import bill by $20, your family will use this $20 to buy a new Motorola cell phone/Nike shoes or eat dinner at MacDonalds.
Circle of Money never stops.

dear members,
dint had much time to go thro' your responses. but if senior ppl are targetting this fellow( mercies) for this thread, then i beg to differ. because as a member of IV, i have been answering "hadron" posts too at immigration portal.
I think all Mercies is trying to do is help IV out, by preparing answers of such questions which stupid ppl ask, so they can be put to a stop right away. Probably he's drawing your attention to some q's that all of you have answers for, just guide mercies to that post,
but i think all of your remarks have been directed towards merices only as if he's started it all.
i guess we outta stop ppl who are trying to defame this collective effort by giving them one-point answers.

Just to be safe: I'd suggest that you contact your lawyer regarding this.
After which, try and see if you can contact the same person at ICE.
(Wouldn't want this to become a "reason" later.....for any issues, like someone to claim that you were a "no-show"...)
Another possibility might be that it still might be a hoax.
Some colleague@work might be aware the person's name who came by 2 months ago.
They might have decided to have fun with that info.....

While I do not condone all practices of these big companies: coz of them many ppl sitting in India will have a H-1 and may never come here but me and some of my friends who have been working hard as students here (doing B.S. from a very reputed school, that still doesn't help be cap exempt) shall likely be left out.
But, I do see racism in all this H-1B talk, lets face it: these are means to control (mostly) Asian immigration, I'm sure this wouldn't be an issue at all if H-1B was not the 'brown man's' visa to America.

Yes and any one who feels bad can take admission and complete MS. It takes 3-4 semesters any ways.

They change this number later in the year, since some of the FB visa allocated are retruned back to the pool (if the person getting GC does not enter the country in specified time).
They allocated a huge chunk of EB2 Visa to South Korea 7125 (currnet all through the year). Same with EB3 SK got 4727 (close to sum of India and China).
So i agree things will move slower this year but still move forward. We will not see an EB2/3 India/China Current any time soon unless they screw-up again like july 07.
